Susan Lane-Leonard is a business executive and strategic advisor with experience spanning biotechnology, healthcare innovation, public relations, and business development. Her work focuses on advancing emerging technologies, building strategic partnerships, and supporting initiatives that improve patient care and expand access to innovative medical solutions.
Susan has helped initiate genomic pediatric oncology pilot programs at children’s hospitals in the United States and Mexico. She also serves on the executive boards Tea3Foundation.org, Paralyzed Veterans of America Gala 2027, and Virtuous Pharma, supporting the development of non-opioid therapeutic alternatives.
Earlier in her career, Susan spent 20 years as CEO of Lane Model & Talent Agency, where she led worldwide marketing campaigns, celebrity partnerships, and major promotional initiatives for recognized brands and organizations. Susan is also involved in philanthropic and patient advocacy initiatives, including Liam’s Fund for Neurosurgery, neurological health awareness, Neuroimmune clinical programs and pediatric healthcare.
As an Advisor to CureScience Institute, Susan brings expertise in strategic communications, biotechnology partnerships, philanthropic engagement, and program development to support the Institute’s mission of advancing translational research and precision medicine.
