He currently serves as Chief Medical Officer of AyurDatta Solutions.
With more than 15 years of leadership across the U.S., Europe, and Japan, Dr. Srivastava has directed clinical strategy and medical governance for complex Phase I– IV oncology programs, including multinational Phase III trials in solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. He supported 41 INDs, 11 NDAs, and 3 BLAs contributing to multiple global approvals and commercial launches.
He has played key roles in the development of Sutent® (sunitinib), the liposomal doxorubicin/Herceptin/paclitaxel regimen for HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer, and Latuda® (lurasidone). At Autolus Therapeutics, he advanced next-generation CAR-T therapy for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), guiding translational strategy, clinical development, and safety oversight for engineered T-cell therapies.
Dr. Srivastava is also a named inventor of the Japanese encephalitis vaccine IXIARO®, and his programs have collectively generated $3–3.5 billion in global revenue. His career includes senior roles at the United Nations, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Pharmacia, Pfizer, Sumitomo, Eisai Oncology, Spectrum, Taiho, Daiichi, and Rakuten Medicine.
Trained at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, with advanced education at Czechoslovak Academy of Medical Sciences, Nagasaki University School of Medicine, he completed oncology training at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard University, and executive pharmaceutical training at Rutgers University.
He has authored 85+ peer-reviewed papers, 120+ abstracts, and holds two patents. His honors include recognition from the United Nations, the Ministry of Health of Japan, and the U.S. Department of the Army, and he has been named America’s Top Oncologist three times. He serves on the boards of Calidi Biotherapeutics, Carcinotech Ltd., and the Interim-Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of NanoCure AI.
