Every cancer is different. Every patient is different.
At CureScience Institute, we combine advanced science, computational biology, and clinical insight to help physicians and patients better understand the biology of an individual tumor and identify personalized treatment strategies.
Our scientific services analyze complex molecular and immune data from each patient and translate it into clear, actionable insights. Because each case is unique, our services are provided through direct collaboration with the CureScience scientific team.
We study your genetic data to identify which biological pathways are abnormal in your cancer. This helps suggest combinations of existing or experimental drugs that may work best for you. This step usually takes about 2-4 weeks once your genetic information is available.
We carefully compare your normal DNA with your tumor DNA/RNA. This allows us to identify unique mutations that may be used to design a personalized cancer vaccine. This is usually done alongside pathway analysis.
This is a novel test where we use your blood to identify antibody responses to various antigens (proteins) that could then be used to make a personalized vaccine based on established responses in your blood.
After vaccines are given at clinical site, we can test your blood to see how strongly your immune system is responding. Typically, these tests are done before the first vaccine dose (baseline) and after the 6th and 9th vaccine doses. This helps determine if the vaccine is effective and whether more treatments may be helpful.
When you support CureScience, you help advance research, strengthen patient engagement, and bring hope closer to real outcomes for patients and families.
Behind every research question is a person, a family, and a journey that deserves more answers. CureScience highlights patient experiences to increase awareness, deepen understanding, and keep scientific progress grounded in real human need.
Your support helps fuel a mission centered on improving patient care through science and engagement. Donations help advance personalized medicine, support curative therapy development, and strengthen patient engagement networks that inform, empower, and connect communities.
